If i deleted my Paragon with Legendary Survivor, would the title still be on my account?

Yes, also any armor or weapons, minis or pets you dedicated using your paragon. Just be sure to record it in your HoM.

Assuming you mean 'will my title be removed from my HoM if I delete the character that earned it?', the answer is no. It is not possible to lose progress in the HoM. Once you put something in, it cannot be removed no matter what.

But if you don't record it in your HoM, you will lose it.

As stated above.

Id however like to add the condition that you need to have registered the title in your HoM. If you did not register the max title, then it will be lost and you will have to redo the title and register it at the NPC in your HoM.
